Sales associate was very displeased and asked us to leave his store because I supposedly cut him off in the middle of his sales pitch to ask simply for the price of the mattress in question that we were looking at , to which he replied that price should not be a factor when purchasing a mattress; as though he knew my financial status! I do not believe he had his companys best interest

6k down the drain until i can eventually, ( no say when) get somone to even call me bacl about the bed i brought, which lasted 14 hours before the motor went out, no idea how long before i get this fixed and who knows how long before it breaks again, will update later

My back

I went toBedMart here in McMinnville looking for a good mattress, I felt that the guy that took care of me, knew what he was talking about. He showed me the mattress he felt that I was looking for so I bought it thinking that it would have the same type of firmness that the one that he showed me had at the store. With the mattress i bought the top of the line moveable frame. called QNGray Premier, that has all kinds of functions. the mattress and frame was delivered on time but the bed that they delivered was so hard that my bones aced to the point I had to go back to the store and ask for a new one. plus the frame made so much noise and the floor vibrated so hard that things started falling off the walls. He stated that I can not return the frame even if it has all these defects! the guy stated that I had to walk on the mattress or crawl on it to soften it up! I stated that what he was asking me to do was kind of crazy since the bed at the store was so much softer. I went ahead and did what he asked. after a week of not sleeping and my body could not take it another night he agreed to exchange it but I had to sign a document stating that I could not exchange the mattress again. Every bed that he showed me that I likes cost 2 to 3 thousand dollars more. I was stuck I had to buy the same kind of brand of bed but the one that was a little softer. MY GOD doses my back hurt!!!! I swear they sold me a second hand mattress because this one has a soft spot that kills my back! the mattress has sunk and now I am stuck with a bill of almost $5000.00 for a frame that vibrates so loud and a mattress that I'm having to get therapy done on my back. what can I do about this injustice!!

Go to the BBB and your states consumer protectors. It not sue in small claims court.

Make life miserable for them as they have done to you. Fight back and WIN.

I bought a I comfort mechanical bed, I recieved it and they tried not to set it up I asked them to do it, it took 2 trips but they finally got it done. Here I am in October, and the side of my bed is sagging, called bed mart, the turned me over to the warranty department where I was treated very rudely asking if my bed was clean, telling me that it most likely does not have proper support , do you stay in bed all the time, etc etc, so after making me feel like a second class citizen I finally got him to come out, still don't have a answer on my matteress.

What was the outcome of this complaint? I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for a very similar issue with BedMart.

I purchased a Serta I series "Bradbury" mattress, box Springs and frame from the Bedmart in Portland Oregon. (The one on 82nd Ave.) within a few months I noticed it starting to sag. I brought this to the attention of the sales staff and they stated that it had to be 1 3/4 inches and what I was experiencing was a "comfort issue" which wasn't covered by their warranty. WHAT?! Isn't "comfort" the entire reason we buy from these people? I spent $2,500.00 and I get a bed that's lumpy, sagging and uncomfortable. It's worse than the bed I got rid of! I wake up with neck and back pains! Thanks a lot Bed Mart!

Serta Perfecta Gemini

Bought this mattress 2 years ago and after month one it started to become indented where we slept and formed a hump in the middle. We are not overweight and we have never had a good night sleep on this mattress. We called the place where we bought it and they said give it more time, after 6 months we filed a complaint. After not hearing back from the company and many calls we were told that our bed wasn't humpy enough to replace. The customer service from this company is awful. I would never buy another Serta mattress or buy from Bedmart again.
